Matafia’s House Lefkada

Matafia’s House is found in the village of Kalamitsi, on the island of Lefkada, in a quiet, lush-green area, which is also close to the tavernas, cafés, and the mini-markets of the village, at a distance of between 200 and 300 metres.
It is a marvellous stone villa built in the mid 20th century, recently renovated using the best materials, and with great attention to detail.

It is consisted of one apartment and a maisonette, which can be rented together.
The apartment is located on the upper floor with a lovely, private veranda, and can accommodate 2-4 people.

It has a bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room with a sofa that can be converted into 2 single bunk-beds, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

It features a SmartTV, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The maisonette is on two levels and can accommodate 5-7 people (2 families, 3 couples or a group of friends.) On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, a sitting room and a bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a sitting room with a sofa which can be converted into a double bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a second bathroom.

Of course, there are two SmartTVs, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi access.

From the top floor of the maisonette, and from the apartment, you can enjoy an amphitheatrical view of the village and the endless blue of the Ionian Sea.

In the courtyard you can enjoy a meal since it is equipped with a BBQ.

Additionally, your kids can have fun using our private playground. Parking space for your car is available 150 metres from the villa.

Kalamitsi is a picturesque village, with tavernas, cafés, mini-markets and is located close to the best beaches of Lefkada (7 minutes by car to Kathisma beach, 10 minutes from the beaches of Kavalikefta, Megali Petra and Avali, and about 25 minutes from Porto Katsiki.)
